Avril Lavigne And Brody Jenner Beaten And Bloodied In Violent Bar Brawl

The Kardashian Klan is dealing with a lot of drama this week. Kim’s recent divorce filing has sent the family running for cover as the public backlash continues to grow and now her stepbrother, Brody Jenner, has landed himself in the middle of a bloody altercation. Brody and his girlfriend, Avril Lavigne, were enjoying a night out together Saturday night when things turned deadly.

Avril reportedly got into a fist fight with another woman. Brody jumped in to the cat fight under the guise of breaking it up and was clocked over the head with a bottle. Avril escaped before police could get their version of the story, but Brody’s bloody injury prevented him from leaving. A witness who saw the melee called it “a bloody fight.”

The incident happened around 1 in the morning at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. Security managed to break up the fight and detain the bottle wielding assailant. Photos of Brody standing shoeless outside the hotel revealed a bloody wound on his forehead. Brody declined to be treated by paramedics but did head to the hospital for medical treatment once questioning was finished. He tweeted about his exciting evening, “Interesting Saturday night.Just got of the hospital with a new scar on my face. Charges/chargers!” Rumors indicate Brody needed several stitches to close the gash.

A police report indicates the 28-year-old Brody was the victim of an assault with a deadly weapon. No arrests were made, but Brody is reportedly prepared to press charges against the person who hit him. Avril’s quick getaway was caught by at least one camera. The 27-year-old singer looked distressed as she kept her head down in the backseat of a car and was whisked away from the scene.

Avril has used her Twitter to clear up any misconceptions about her involvement in the fight. Her first tweet reads, “I don’t fight. I don’t believe in it. To clear things up I got attacked by 5 people last night out of nowhere. Not cool. My face is f*****.” She clarified, “As in black eye, bloody nose, hair ripped out, scratches, bruises and cuts. So not ok to be abusive to others. Violence is NEVER the answer.”
