Adele’s incredibly successful album 21 has moved up four spots on the U-K charts, from number nine to number 5, making it the UK’s biggest-selling album of the 21st century.

That breaks the record of the late Amy Winehouse, who has sold 3.3 million copies of her Back to Black album. 21 has now sold 3.4 million in Adele’s homeland of Britain.

The album has broken records around the world and has remained in the top 10 of the U-S charts since February .
